‘It should be based around short sharp videos,’ political party designs app to shape nation’s thoughts

The trusted brains at the Yerunda Party for People recently spent many hours discussing the creation of an app to help with their rise to power. 

‘It should be entirely based around videos,’ Pseudo Professor Zosima suggested. 

‘It should show you things you agree with but occasionally throw in something you don’t,’ young Kolya Krastokin proposed. 

‘If you’re outraged you’re engaged, we should make it as addictive as possible,’ Sammy Du Beaver added. 

‘We should design it to make it very easy to disseminate misinformation, disinformation and fake news. It’ll prey on the rapidly diminishing attention spans and critical thinking skills of the populace,’ Gennady Bulgavkov put forward.
